2. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

• Full payment must be made before or at the start of the trip.

• Final fare may vary based on distance, traffic conditions, waiting time, weather, route changes, and seasonal variations.

• Toll, parking fees, and applicable taxes are not included unless specifically stated.

3. Service & Vehicle Policy

• Vehicle types (Swift Dzire, Ertiga, Innova, SUV, Tempo Traveller, Ambulance, etc.) will be provided based on availability.

• Pickup timings and routes may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or operational requirements.

• Snow Tech Cabs is not liable for delays caused by accidents, roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions.

• In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle may be arranged subject to availability.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.

• Valid ID proof may be required for inter-state or long-distance travel.

• Luggage should be handled responsibly; excess baggage may incur additional charges.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Snow Tech Cabs is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.

• Passengers travel at their own risk; travel insurance is not included in the fare.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

• Snow Tech Cabs is not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to unforeseen delays.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Last-minute cancellations may incur cancellation charges.

• Advance payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels abruptly.

• If Snow Tech Cabs cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
